Hi there! I'm thrilled you're interested in getting to know me!

I'm Diana, born and raised in The Hague, with roots in both the Netherlands and Indonesia. As the eldest daughter of an Indonesian father and a Dutch mother, I cherish my diverse heritage. Together with my childhood sweetheart and soulmate, Richard, we have three wonderful sons.

 

For over 25 years, I held senior management roles, primarily in the financial services sector, focusing on marketing & sales and HR divisions.

 

For several years now, I've been challenging and inspiring leaders as a coach, helping them give their best by fully utilizing their talents: No act, just be and see.

 

In addition, I facilitate international leadership programs, encouraging you to discover and harness your potential. It all starts with embracing who you are and what you have to offer the world.

 

That's why I founded Bubble-Check, to help people move from purpose to practice: B-E-L-I-E-V-E. I'm also the Executive Vice President Netherlands of the Leadership Pipeline Institute (www.leadershippipelineinstitute.com), where we help companies in over 30 countries and 20 languages train the leaders of the future.

Drawing from my experience in building long-term, innovative strategies for organizations where change and transformation are needed, I advise and speak on the following themes:

• Building high performance teams in an inclusive culture;

• Boardroom collaboration, profile dynamics and coaching.

In non-executive roles, I advise startups and scale-ups in HR-tech and Fin-tech companies and was the President of the Board at WIFS from 2018 until this spring, a movement for more diversity and inclusion. Our goal is to bring more balance to build a sustainably inclusive company, especially in balancing masculine and feminine values.

I have studied economics in Rotterdam, completed an MBA in Culture & Innovation, and am an alumna of Harvard Business School.

The only limitation in life is our thinking because I firmly believe that if you can dream it, you can feel it, create it, and do it!
